Devastated by the death of her mother, a young girl is abandoned by her alcoholic father and forced to live life on the streets. All that she carries with her are memories of a better time. Always dreaming and still hopeful, she tries to heal her father’s anguish and bring them closer to what they could be as a family. Through a series of events and heartbreaks, she will try to survive one more night alone, illuminated by a single flame.
