Maia Wikler is a freelance journalist and PhD candidate in Political Ecology, based on Vancouver Island. Maia wields storytelling as a tool for justice in the face of corporate abuse and the climate crisis, from reporting on the frontlines of deforestation blockades and Arctic Refuge to the UN Climate Talks.
